Lyve Lyfe Party Booking Policy
1. Booking Confirmation
All reservations are subject to availability and are confirmed upon receipt of a completed booking form and deposit. Final confirmation will be sent via email or phone.
2. Payment Schedule

A non-refundable deposit of 25% is required at the time of booking to secure your date.

The remaining balance is due 7 days prior to the scheduled event.

Payment can be made via credit card, bank transfer, or other approved methods.
3. Cancellations and Refunds

Cancellations made more than 14 days before the event will receive a full refund of any paid amounts, minus the non-refundable deposit.

Cancellations within 14 days of the event are non-refundable.

Any modifications to the booking may be subject to fees.
4. Pricing and Additional Costs

Rates are based on the duration and itinerary booked.

Additional hours, stops, or services requested during the event will incur extra charges.

Gratuity for the driver is not included and is recommended at 15-20% of the total cost.
5. Responsible Use & Conduct

All passengers must adhere to local laws and regulations.

Alcohol consumption is permitted only if allowed by law and under responsible supervision.

Lyve Lyfe Party Bus reserves the right to refuse service to any individual exhibiting disruptive or unsafe behavior.
6. Equipment & Liability

The bus is equipped with audio, video, and lighting systems. Any damages caused through misuse will be billed to the client.

Lyve Lyfe Party Bus is not responsible for personal belongings lost or stolen during the event.
7. Weather & Safety

Closures or cancellations due to severe weather will be communicated promptly.

The safety of passengers is the top priority; deviations from the planned route or schedule may occur for safety reasons.
