Lyve Lyfe Party Booking Policy

1. Booking Confirmation
All reservations are subject to availability and are confirmed upon receipt of a completed booking form and deposit. Final confirmation will be sent via email or phone.

2. Payment Schedule

  • A non-refundable deposit of 25% is required at the time of booking to secure your date.

  • The remaining balance is due 7 days prior to the scheduled event.

  • Payment can be made via credit card, bank transfer, or other approved methods.

3. Cancellations and Refunds

  • Cancellations made more than 14 days before the event will receive a full refund of any paid amounts, minus the non-refundable deposit.

  • Cancellations within 14 days of the event are non-refundable.

  • Any modifications to the booking may be subject to fees.

4. Pricing and Additional Costs

  • Rates are based on the duration and itinerary booked.

  • Additional hours, stops, or services requested during the event will incur extra charges.

  • Gratuity for the driver is not included and is recommended at 15-20% of the total cost.

5. Responsible Use & Conduct

  • All passengers must adhere to local laws and regulations.

  • Alcohol consumption is permitted only if allowed by law and under responsible supervision.

  • Lyve Lyfe Party Bus reserves the right to refuse service to any individual exhibiting disruptive or unsafe behavior.

6. Equipment & Liability

  • The bus is equipped with audio, video, and lighting systems. Any damages caused through misuse will be billed to the client.

  • Lyve Lyfe Party Bus is not responsible for personal belongings lost or stolen during the event.

7. Weather & Safety

  • Closures or cancellations due to severe weather will be communicated promptly.

  • The safety of passengers is the top priority; deviations from the planned route or schedule may occur for safety reasons.
